Welcome to the abv8 platform. All users are required to read and accept the Terms & Conditions ("Terms") below. By using abv8's website, application, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

abv8 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to providing our users with a transparent and fair experience.

1Definitions & Interpretations

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the abv8 website and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has created a registered account on abv8.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and entertainment activities offered through abv8.
• "Wallet" refers to the funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or additional funds granted by abv8.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. On any matter of interpretation, abv8's decision shall be considered final.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use the abv8 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must create a valid account using your own personal information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• This platform is not available to residents of areas where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law.

abv8 may request relevant documents at any time to verify age or identity. If a member does not cooperate with the verification process, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3Account Registration & Management

When registering on abv8, you must provide accurate and complete information. abv8 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information.

• Each member may create only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the abv8 support team immediately.
• Any changes to a member's personal information must be updated through support.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. abv8 will not be liable for unauthorised use where the member has not taken appropriate precautions.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on abv8 are processed through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the wallet instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• abv8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals until verification is complete.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through all three mobile banking methods are fully secure and fast.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

abv8 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members along with promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Wagering Requirements:

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member's account.
• Promotional offers are valid for a specific period and may expire if not used in time.
• abv8 reserves the right to grant or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• If a bonus condition is found to have been violated, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.

6Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on abv8 are governed by specific rules. We are always committed to ensuring fair play.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a round's result is left undetermined due to a technical error during gameplay, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• In sports betting, each market is governed by specific rules; settlement of bets may be delayed if the outcome of an event has not been officially confirmed.
• In the event of a match walkover, rescheduling, or cancellation, abv8's own bet settlement policy will apply.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any game or market, abv8's decision shall be considered final.

abv8 works with several leading software providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The individual game rules of each provider apply.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abv8 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through fraud, cheating, or dishonest means.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other members or disrupting the platform's operations.
• Using third-party automated software or bots to play games.
• Attempting to access another person's account without permission.
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform.

If such activities are detected, abv8 reserves the right to take legal action and the relevant account will be closed immediately.

8Account Suspension & Closure

abv8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.
• Participation in prohibited activities listed in Section 7.

Members may also request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance will be returned through the designated process.

9Responsible Gaming

abv8 firmly believes in responsible gaming practices. We want our members to view gaming as a form of entertainment, not an addiction.

• Set deposit and wagering limits for yourself.
• Avoid placing excessive bets in the hope of recovering lost money.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek help immediately.

abv8 bears no responsibility in the following cases:

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment platforms.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Loss caused by malware or other security vulnerabilities on the user's own device.

In the event of any technical error, abv8's liability is limited solely to the amount of the affected transaction.

12Changes & Updates to Terms

abv8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

• For significant changes, members will be notified through the applicable channel where possible.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• It is the member's responsibility to review these terms regularly.
